About Laurel Arenivar

My motto has always been, 'Home is more than a place, it's a plan!' I base my entire business on this philosophy to ensure the success of my clients!

I was born and raised in El Paso, Texas, but now call the Portland area my home and am a proud military/ COAST GUARD spouse. Military life has taught me to adapt well to change, which I've learned is an integral part of the home buying and selling process. Now, after 14 years of changing towns, changing homes, and even changing markets, I have harnessed that flexibility to successfully guide clients all the way from showing to closing.

I am a natural teacher with a Masters degree in Education from the University of Alaska, which I've utilized to empower my clients with the tools and critical data needed to be successful, no matter what the market is doing.

In 2018, I earned my real estate license in Michigan and quickly rose to become a top producing agent in the Upper Peninsula.
I received my Oregon license in 2021 and in 2022, was named REALTOR© of the Year for the Women's Council of REALTORS© PDX. In 2023, I was chosen as a selectee for the OR REALTORS© Leadership Academy and serve on the Diversity Committee for National Association of REALTORS©.

My clients have said that I am hard working, extremely knowledgeable and a master negotiator. In every transaction, I channel my passion for real estate to make home ownership more than just 'the American dream' but a reality that builds generational wealth for everyone.

I'm a mother of 4 amazing kiddos including twins, a beloved wife and avid golfer....when the sun is shining!
